These Terms & Conditions govern your use of jaipurbedsheetwholesale.com and any wholesale order placed with Shree Srishti Textile via this website, WhatsApp, phone, or email. These terms apply to all buyers — domestic retailers, resellers, distributors, hotels, corporate gifting buyers, and international export buyers.

2 Wholesale Only Policy

This website and Shree Srishti Textile's operations on this platform are exclusively for B2B wholesale buyers. We do not sell individual pieces to end consumers through this platform.

• All orders are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) — confirmed at the time of enquiry
• Wholesale prices shown as ranges on this website are for business buyers only and are not retail prices
• By placing an enquiry or order, you confirm you are purchasing for resale, business use, gifting distribution, hotel use, or export — not for personal household use
• We reserve the right to decline orders that do not meet our minimum wholesale criteria

3 How to Place an Order

All orders are processed via WhatsApp communication with our B2B desk. The ordering process is as follows:

• Step 2 — Quotation: We share exact pricing, MOQ, and available designs/colours within 2 business hours
• Step 3 — Confirmation: You confirm the order with product details, quantity, and delivery address
• Step 4 — Advance Payment: An advance payment is required to confirm and begin processing your order (details in Payment Terms below)
• Step 5 — Dispatch: Order is dispatched after payment confirmation with tracking details shared on WhatsApp

4 Payment Terms

The following payment terms apply to all wholesale orders:

Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) — account details shared on WhatsApp after order confirmation
• UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm) — UPI ID shared on WhatsApp
• Cheque — for established buyers with prior arrangement only

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of shipping charges unless specifically stated otherwise. GST invoice is provided for all domestic orders.

5 Pricing & Price Ranges

Prices displayed on this website are shown as ranges (e.g., ₹550–₹650 per piece) and are indicative wholesale price brackets. Exact pricing depends on:

• Specific product — fabric grade, print type, design
• Order quantity — larger quantities receive better per-piece pricing
• Customisation requirements — custom sizes, private label, special packaging
• Seasonal demand and raw material costs

Prices displayed on this website are subject to change without prior notice. The confirmed price for your specific order will be communicated via WhatsApp before payment is requested. Once an order is confirmed and advance payment is received, the agreed price will not change for that order.

All prices shown are exclusive of shipping charges and GST (where applicable). GST at the prevailing rate will be added to domestic B2B invoices.

6 Dispatch & Delivery

We dispatch pan-India via Trackon, DTDC, and Delhivery. Export shipments are coordinated with freight forwarders.

• Dispatch timeline: Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 2–5 working days after advance payment confirmation
• Custom or large orders: Dispatch timeline is confirmed at the time of order — typically 7–15 working days
• Tracking: Tracking number is shared on WhatsApp within 24 hours of dispatch
• Delivery timeline: 3–7 working days after dispatch depending on destination
• Shipping charges: Calculated based on weight and destination — confirmed before order finalisation
• Remote locations: Additional delivery time and charges may apply for remote pin codes

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control. We will assist in tracking and resolving courier issues to the best of our ability.

7 Quality & Specifications

All products are manufactured at our Sanganer, Jaipur factory using the fabrics and specifications described on our product pages. The following quality standards apply:

• Fabric: Murugan Cotton (56×60 count, 20/20 ridwig) as specified per product
• Sizes: Dimensions are approximate — standard tolerance of ±1 to 2 inches applies in textile manufacturing
• Colors: Natural variation in printed textiles is expected and not a defect — each piece may have slight variation in shade and print placement
• Color fastness: Products are tested for colorfastness — first wash in cold water is recommended
• Pillow covers: 18×27 inch zipper type included as specified per product

8 Returns & Replacements

We maintain strict quality control at our factory. However, we have a fair returns and replacement policy for genuine manufacturing defects:

Eligible for replacement:

• Manufacturing defects — torn fabric, broken stitching, missing pillow covers
• Wrong product dispatched — incorrect size, colour, or product type from what was confirmed
• Transit damage — if reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence

NOT eligible for return/replacement:

• Natural variation in print placement, shade, or texture (as described above)
• Change of mind after order confirmation and payment
• Damage caused after delivery and use
• Products without original packaging if claimed for return
• Claims made more than 7 days after delivery

We will assess and respond within 3 business days. Approved replacements are dispatched after return of defective stock (we bear return shipping cost for genuine manufacturing defects).

9 Order Cancellation

10 Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, product photographs, designs, logo, and layout — is the property of Shree Srishti Textile and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

• Product photographs may not be used without our written permission — WhatsApp us to request permission for legitimate B2B catalogue or reselling purposes

• Wholesale buyers purchasing our products for resale may use our product images for their own retail marketing — this permission is implied for genuine B2B buyers. However, you may not claim these products as your own manufacture or brand.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• Shree Srishti Textile's total liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the value of that specific order
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses — including loss of business, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity — arising from product defects, delivery delays, or website unavailability
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this website
• Information on this website is provided in good faith but we do not warrant its completeness or accuracy at all times — prices and availability are subject to change
• We are not liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including courier failures, natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

12 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or from any order placed with Shree Srishti Textile shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Dispute Resolution Process:

• Step 1 — Direct Resolution: WhatsApp us at +91 9549322035. Most issues are resolved within 3 business days through direct communication
• Step 2 — Written Notice: If unresolved, send a formal written notice to our factory address. We respond within 15 days.
• Step 3 — Mediation: Both parties agree to attempt good-faith mediation before pursuing legal action
• Step 4 — Legal Action: If mediation fails, disputes are referred to courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan

For international buyers, disputes are governed by Indian law and jurisdiction remains in Jaipur, Rajasthan, unless a specific export agreement states otherwise.

13 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For significant changes, we will notify active wholesale buyers via WhatsApp broadcast.
